- COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA WHEN YOU VISIT OUR WEBSITE
- When you visit our website for information purposes only, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise provide information to us, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. The above data will be stored in a so-called log file for the duration of 7 days, after which it will be deleted.

- ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON THE HANDLING OF PERSONAL DATA AS PART OF AN APPLICATION TO BE INCLUDED IN OUR TALENT DATABASE
- We are pleased that you are taking an interest in us and would like to apply to being included in our database as a talent, actor or influencer. We would like to use this opportunity to provide you with information about the processing of your personal data in connection with your application.
- You can contact us at the e-mail address given, hello@dbps.de for the purpose of your application. We strongly recommend you encrypt the documents attached to your e-mail by using a data compression program such as 7Zip and forwarding the password to us by phone.
- We will process the data you provide as part of your application (i.e. photos, videos, cv, phone contacts, e-mail) to decide on whether to include you in our data base and to contact you.
- The legal basis for our processing of your data is Article 6 (1) 1 lit. b GDPR.
- In the event that we should turn down your application, your data will be deleted within 6 months at the latest. Should we want to include you in our data base, we will be in touch to arrange a personal meeting to get to know you and where required to take some pictures of you.
- EMBEDDED VIDEOS (VIMEO)
- The videos on our website are embedded by the video portal Vimeo, LLC, 555 West 18th Street, New York, New York 10011, US.
- Every time a page that offers one or many Vimeo video clips is called up, a direct connection is created between your browser and a Vimeo server in the US. Information about your visit and your computer’s IP address is stored there. In addition, the data mentioned under point 4.1 of this declaration may be transmitted. Your interaction with the Vimeo player (e.g. clicking the Start button) is also transmitted to Vimeo and stored. This also applies if you are not logged in to Vimeo or do not have an account with Vimeo.
- We have no influence on the data collected and the data processing processes, nor are we aware of the full extent of data collection, the purposes of processing or the storage periods. We also have no information on the deletion of the data collected by Vimeo.

We use the Vimeo plug-ins to provide the moving image works of the artists we represent so that you are able to view them. This is a legitimate interest. We maintain a company profile on the following social networks and platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Tumbler. We maintain these profiles in order to communicate with our customers, users and interested parties and in order to provide further information about our products and activities. In the case of any messages or contributions we receive on these profiles, we will process your data to enable us to communicate with you. This is a legitimate interest; the legal basis is Article 6 (1) 1 lit f GDPR. No further storage of this communication takes place outside of these networks on our part.
